Delivery Driver/Cashier

LeKochi Cuisine ltd – Brampton, ON

Job Summary: Delivery Drivers’ primary responsibility is to deliver food to customers in the designated delivery area. Drivers are expected to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner. Drivers will also work as an inshopper when no deliveries are scheduled.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Delivers online/phone orders to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner in established delivery area only.
  • Accepts payment from customers for orders.
  • Works with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery sales.
  • Complies with all systems and procedures.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, restroom, etc.
  • Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the LeKochi’s Dress Code.
  • Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must possess a vehicle for delivery.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a G Licence, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to communicate, read and write the English language fluently and clearly.

Required experience:

  • Prior Delivery experience preferred.
  • Driving: 2 years.
  • Delivery Driver: 2 years.

Part-Time Accountant

LeKochi Cuisine ltd – Brampton, ON

We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. As a part time accountant at LeKochi, you are responsible for billing activities such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. Maintains financial reports, records, prepare and analyze budgets and perform general bookkeeping. If you are an accounting student who plans to graduate with an accounting major, you are also welcome to apply for this position.

  • Provide internal controls around Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Prepare account reconciliations.
  • Financial statement analysis.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain fixed assets.
  • Assist in inventory controls.
  • Prepare sales/use tax filings.
  • Control monthly invoicing.
  • Apply customer payments and make collection calls as necessary.
